Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda.

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll be met by your private guide and chauffeured to your luxury hotel in this charming lakeside town. Spend the day relaxing after your journey, perhaps enjoying a spa treatment, sunset cruise on Lake Victoria, or a fine dining experience in town.

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

After a relaxed breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive or take a scheduled domestic flight to Kibale Forest National Park, home to one of the highest concentrations of primates in Africa. Pass through rolling tea plantations and verdant countryside before arriving at your luxury lodge nestled in the forest or overlooking a crater lake. Spend the afternoon at leisure or enjoy a guided walk around the lodge grounds to spot monkeys and vibrant birdlife.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary

Today’s adventure takes you into the depths of Kibale Forest for chimpanzee tracking. After a briefing, you’ll join your ranger for a thrilling trek through the forest, listening for the calls of chimpanzees and observing them as they play, groom, and feed in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community-managed eco-project teeming with birdlife, colobus monkeys, and cultural charm. Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 6: Drive to Bwindi via Ishasha – Tree-Climbing Lions

The trek can range from 1 to 6 hours depending on the group’s location, but the reward is immense spending one magical hour in the presence of a gorilla family, observing their behavior in complete awe. Upon return to the lodge, enjoy a hot shower, a massage (optional), and a celebratory dinner by the fireplace.

Day 8: Forest Walk or Batwa Cultural Encounter

Day 9: Fly Back to Entebbe – Departure
