Day 1: Fly to Kibale Forest – Chimpanzee Tracking
Your safari begins with a scheduled flight from Entebbe to Kasese airstrip (approximately 1 hour), offering stunning views of Lake Victoria and the Rwenzori Mountains. Upon arrival, a professional guide will meet you and transfer you in a private 4×4 vehicle to Kibale Forest National Park, about a 1.5-hour scenic drive through tea plantations and crater lakes.
After check-in and a delightful lunch at your luxury forest lodge, head to the Kanyanchu Visitor Centre for an afternoon of chimpanzee tracking.
